November 6th. Cheese and Wine Pairing Class

The combination of wine and cheese is an art, and a well-paired gastronomic duo can unveil the full spectrum of flavors, transforming dinner into a true celebration. In this class, we will explore how to select the perfect wine for cheese.

During our masterclass, we will taste five classic cheeses and four classic wines, seeking the ideal pairing!

We will also discuss the unique characteristics of each cheese variety, its historical origins, and, of course, how to choose the right wine to accompany it. The masterclass will be led by sommelier and owner of the wine club, Anastasia Podlazova.
