What is your cancellation policy?

The minimal membership in the club is one quarter (1 subscription period); afterwards, we are free to cancel before the 20th of each month by emailing ***** to avoid a charge on the 1st of the following month.

How do I change my shipping and/or billing address or credit card number?

If you call us at 206.450.3837, we will be happy to assist you. Please note that we will ask you a few questions to verify your identify.

 

What if my wine arrives damaged? 

As we deliver our wines ourselves, we will check that the bottles are in tact at the time of delivery. However, should any bottle break during delivery, we will replace it free of charge.

 

Do I need to be present to receive the wine?

Yes. We will ask for your signature too!

 

If I am not home, but my kid is, can you leave the wine with them?

We’ll be happy to do so if your kid is 21+ (ID checked).

 

Can I add more bottles to my order?

Absolutely. Call or email us before the first of the month, and we’ll be happy to expand your order. Your credit card will be charged for the additional bottles on the first of the month.

 

I want to refer a friend. Do you have a referral bonus?

Please do spread the word. Please have your friend send us a note after they sign up, with your name. After your friend receives their first shipment, you will receive 15% off your next order.

 

I opened the wine, and it tastes like vinegar! Will I get a refund?

Sometimes these things do happen. In fact, the age of the wine increases the probability of such an unfortunate event. If you do find vinegar instead of wine in the bottle, please place the cork back in the bottle, set the bottle aside, and send us an email. We will provide a bottle of the same wine or a wine of equivalent value in your next order. Please note that you do need to save the original bottle to receive the replacement; we will pick it up at the next delivery.

 

I am not happy with the quality or taste of the wine I received. What’s now?

Tastes differ! While we take the utmost care hand-picking the wines for our club members and check professional and customer ratings and reviews for each wine, the final judgement is yours. Please give us a call or send an email and tell us more about your preferences so we may take them into account picking your next order.

 

I found some crystals at the bottom of the bottle. Is that normal?

These crystals are perfectly normal. They are called Tartaric Acid Crystals, and they are completely harmless, to the drinker and to the taste. Sometimes you can spot them on the cork too if the wine was stored on its side.

 

What is the difference between Premium and Luxury wines?

Premium - Great, handmade wines from medium-large production wineries. Price range $20-$30

Luxury - Excellent wines from wine regions made by near-top producers. Price range $50-$100
