Shipping and Delivery
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
As we deliver our wines ourselves, we will check that the bottles are in tact at the time of delivery. However, should any bottle break during delivery, we will replace it free of charge.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Your order will ship 5 days after it is placed. All other shipments will then ship the following month on or around the 1st each month. In the event of very cold or hot temperatures that could affect the wines, we may delay shipment. If this should occur, we will let you know.
DOES THE SHIPMENT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE?
Yes. An adult signature is required to receive your order. Consider making your shipping address a business address or any address where someone will be during the day. If you want to change your shipping address, email us at ******
CAN YOU SHIP WINE TO MY STATE?
Currently, we ship across the US with the exception of DAK, HI, DE, ND, SD, MS, NH, and UT. This list is subject to change. Since alcohol laws are governed state to state, there are discrepancies between states for different wine clubs.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is $19.99 for a package of one to three bottles
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT HOME?
UPS will make three delivery attempts before returning the package to our warehouse.
CAN I GET SAME-DAY DELIVERY?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer same day delivery at this time.
