Champagne – the star of the New Year’s table!

Let’s refresh our knowledge of this royal drink!

We’ll explore the fascinating history of champagne, its distinctive features, and the differences between it and other sparkling wines. We’ll also discuss the production process, food pairings, and some intriguing historical facts.

During the tasting, you’ll have the chance to sample five different Champaignes from legendary champagne houses.

The lecture and tasting will last approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
