Aromas of ripe apple, pear, and citrus blossom, complemented by notes of brioche and toasted almond. An elegant palate with shades of orchard fruits, lemon zest, and a touch of minerality.
This versatile Champagne pairs beautifully with oysters, shellfish, smoked salmon and sushi, as well as Brie, triple-cream cheeses, and Chaource.

The best Pinot Noir and Chardonnay fruit has been selected from vineyards in Côte des Bar (Aube),  Côte des Blancs (Grauves) and the Vallée de la Marne (Bisseuil) to create a Champagne with beautiful balance and depth.
