Borgo del Tiglio Milleponche Bianco

We chose this wine solely because of its terroir, and we were not disappointed. Borgo del Tiglio vineyards are located on the "Ponca" hills in Northern Italy. Fifty million years ago, this area was a marine lagoon, and the soils are rich in minerals, which is wonderfully reflected in the taste.

The wine has a subtle floral aroma, with a rich, almost buttery mouthfeel, complemented by hints of greenery. It lingers pleasantly after being swallowed. A very fine Italian Chardonnay with notes of green apple, pear, butter, cream, and oak. It has a crisp acidity and a smooth, long finish.
