A vibrant and exceptionally fresh rosé made from the rare Catalan grape Xarel·lo Vermell. The wine shows bright aromas of red berries, with subtle, elegant smoky undertones that add depth and character. On the palate it is crisp and well-balanced, with lively acidity that brings a refreshing, light, and precise structure, leading to a long, clean finish.

This rosé is crafted from one of Catalonia’s most uncommon indigenous varieties. Today, Xarel·lo Vermell survives only in a few old coastal vineyards in the Alella region near Barcelona, where ancient vines continue to quietly endure as urban development gradually encroaches on the landscape.
